The Ability to make folders for Canned Responses.The ability to make canned responses applicable to certain categories is helpful, but we have many different possible responses within a single category.

We currently have so many canned responses that the list is difficult to navigate. The quick filter option is nice, but it would be more navigable if folders of canned responses within a category could be made.
