Automation Rule - Send email to multiple users

Currently have several rules built to automatically CC certain users of companies (basically the managers) to all tickets created for a particular company. As it is, this automation rule does not happen early enough in the chain for these users themselves to be included on the new ticket created email notification. While I can also add an action to send an email to all subscribers, the downside is that all other users that were CC'd on the original ticket, including the original submitter, will receive this duplicated ticket created notification replies. There is a rule to send to a particular user, but you can't add more than one user. Please extend this to more than one user.

In general, this feature of "subscribe manager(s) on every ticket created for company" would be a good idea to add as a checkbox option somewhere, ideally either at the company level or user level, rather than a system wide general setting.

Right now, our workaround for this is to create multiple email notifications with identical copies of the message. Kind of a pain when we have to update the message, but usable for now.
