Ability to select severals conditions for "WHEN THIS HAPPENS"

Where :

Problem :
In case of severals conditions for the "WHEN", we need to dupplicate the rules.
Exemple :
1.When ticket is created
2.When ticket is moved
= 2 differrents rule (but with the same content)

Suggest :
Develop the same functionality than supplied on the next steps of the rules creation. (see capture below)

The one thing you can do is to create an automation rule that is "Triggered by another automation rule", and have both events trigger that base automation rule. This is only useful if the actions/conditions of the automation rules are complex and cumbersome to copy, otherwise, it just makes the automation rule grid messy and difficult to understand.

However, I do agree that this would be an added benefit in the long run. Creating one action in place of three is much cleaner. Additionally, support for complex conditions would be nice, (i.e. have a set of conditions that "must" be met [logical AND] and another set on same rule that "can" be met [logical OR]).

This is a good idea.
This would be useful for us as well.
