Currently, if a custom field is set as Mandatory, it must be populated when the ticket is first created. It would be great to have a custom field which is only required to be filled in before the ticket can be closed.
can be added in the (drop-down field, custom field etc) with option as mandatory when closing a ticket and also viewable only to tech. aside from closing a ticket, some departments may have a need to come up with disposition status. (example. Marketing disposition = consider, negotiate, recognize, signed ) hope this helps.
