Can we get a report that shows tickets open or closed by a technician over a time period? Not just count, but at least the subject of the ticket.

Example: Show Freds closed tickets for the last week, or show all of Janes open tickets, with subject, for tracking.

We need this also. I am surprised this kind of reporting hasn't been built yet.
