Languages management enhancement
What if the language of the HelpDesk page and the chatbot integrated in a website can change according to the user IP address?
So that if I ask for help from Italy, the language turns into Italian while if I ask for help from UK it turns into English.
Moreover it would be great to have double language template email. Actually we’ve a long email with the same text translated into two languages to solve this problem, but we think two different emails would be better.
At last, if a custom name instead of "Ideas forum" is chosen, it can't be translated. Is it possible to provide another field for its translation?
