Create custom buttons to manually trigger an automation rule

We would like to be able to add a custom button to selected categories to manually trigger an automation rule.

These buttons coud be used by All, Technicians only or Administrators depending on the setting of the button.
The primary use is for technicians to trigger a flow.

A new trigger alternative for automation rules is added: Manually triggerd by custom button.
