Helpdesk Summary Reporting

I have been working on some reporting;  I'm not quite finding what I like with the built-in reports.  Below is what I have come up with in Excel.  It would be nice to have these available directly in the app.  I'm happy to provide the Excel calculations also, they are all built on a direct export of the Summary ticket data.  Data points broken down by week #.

I do something similar for my monthly KPI reports based on a few of the different reports. Would be nice to make the graphs on the fly rather than export the excel and bring it into another workbook.
