For TECH - Hide system entries by default on all tickets

SITUATION :
Systems entries are displayed by default on all tickets.

PROBLEM :
Systems entries impair the legibility of the tickets.

TECH use Jitbit in "operations mode" for handle tickets.
Main use is to see the replies and not the sys entries.
At each ticket opening, it's required to click on the eye for hide the System entries.

SUGGESTION :
Hide the system entries by default on all tickets.
Add a button with a specific icon "View systes entries" on top of all replies.

my team uses this to make sure the processes are working correctly. What if this was made as a system setting or maybe even an individual tech setting?

From my point of view, it could be an option.
On this case, I suggest to add a small button (page's options) directly on concerned pages to avoid to search where activate/deactivate this.

100% agree - it would make much more sense to action showing system entries rather than by default.
If the ticket doesn't run many automation rules it's not a major problem however we've implemented many per ticket and it really does affect readability.
