Knowledge Base | Fulltext Search

We would like to have an improvment to search easier for the customer.

is there any possibility to generate a full text search index over the knowledge base? preferably with indexed attachements (at least PDF, better with word files too)

We've just rolled out KB proper full text search + it now supports DOCX and PDF attachments too! SaaS is already live, we're monitoring performance now. Will keep this idea open for a bit
