Plain Text Variables for Automation Rules

I would love if there were an option for variables like #body# to have the HTML formatting stripped down to plain text. Many chat systems like Teams, Slack, Zulip, and others used by support teams don't render HTML email well (or at all).

Removing the HTML formatting would make webhooks getting notifications in systems a lot more consistent and readable.
