Sub-tickets : Copy information from parent ticket

When creating a sub-ticket you get an empty screen.

I would love to see a few options:

- Copy information from Parent ticket
- Add Canned-responses to this section

- Option to add signature (could be a canned response)

We would love to see this integration, and its tech you already got in house its only missing on this section.
Could you add this? We are still waiting for it, and some teams really need this.
