Multi role / Cap (Use mode)

SITUATION :

Some users have multi role / cap

Example : Admin / Manager / User

NEED :

Ability to select user's role / cap

PROBLEM :

User forced to play with diffrent BROWSER\Profile (one for user and one for admin)

IDEA :

Add list field below

In a first time used as a "Use mode" (USER/TECH/ADMIN)

In the futur could be used for additional customized options

Idea is to adapt automatically the interface to the role/cap/mode selected
TECH = view categories for TECH
ADMIN = View categories for ADMIN
Require maybe additional setting on the sections/categories
