Option to allow all users to see subscriber suggestion dropdown

Currently only Administrators and Technicians (in their categories) can see the user suggestion dropdown when adding subscribers to tickets. An option to allow all users to see this dropdown would be very helpful:

Technicians and Admins are offered the suggestion dropdown:


Regular users are not offered the suggestion:


Our instance of Jitbit Helpdesk is internal only so an option to allow this suggestion dropdown would make the user experience much better.

This request would be quite risky for privacy issues, unless a precise configuration of which users each user is authorized to see.
For example, only "Managers" can see other users of the same Company?

Regular Users can see the user suggestion dropdown in our environment (not just Techs and Admins), running the latest version. Is this a new change or a setting somewhere? We'd much prefer it to be switched off for Regular Users!

I just tried in version 10.26 (not the latest), regular users see user suggesion dropdown but only for users of the same Company, and only if they have "Manager" flag (maybe developers had the same idea I posted below on January 2023)
