Option to allow all users to see subscriber suggestion dropdown
Currently only Administrators and Technicians (in their categories) can see the user suggestion dropdown when adding subscribers to tickets. An option to allow all users to see this dropdown would be very helpful:
Technicians and Admins are offered the suggestion dropdown:
Regular users are not offered the suggestion:
Our instance of Jitbit Helpdesk is internal only so an option to allow this suggestion dropdown would make the user experience much better.
For example, only "Managers" can see other users of the same Company?
