votesDefault Form Section/Category Display Control
The default section and category of a new ticket are displayed in a continuous list format which is fine if you have limited sections and categories.It would be nice to have a feature whereby you could toggle from this format to a condensed section list which would then display the relevant categories based on the section the end user chooses.
For example, the sections could be listed as.
INCIDENT
PROBLEM
REQUEST
The end user could select INCIDENT and this would present the categories of that section.
Damage
Misuse
And so on....
