report a list of tickets, not just a count
Be able to generate a list of all tickets (not just a count).
In particular, a list of all tickets for a particular user or technician, and be able to fine tune it to a particular category, over a particular period of time.
For example, we need to generate a list of all tickets for a particular user who submitted tickets in the "Access" category over the last month. This is needed for security audits.
