Use case: We sometimes can't get to something right away that didn't make it into a ticket. We would like the ability to add the ticket and show when it was actually due.

I would love to see a warning pop up if we try to use a date in the past but we should be able to say "yes, we really meant to do that" instead of being unable to use the date at all.
