We would like to populate a screen with the dashboard report screen so our technicians (and management) can see the status of the helpdesk on the floor. Looking for maybe a dedicated role for report users or something along the lines of that which wouldn't use up a technician license and also not have full admin rights to the setup. Thinking along the lines of a service account to display the dashboard.
I ended up using a service account that I use for long term tickets I hand off to our development team, but must remain open. I also am hosted and use windows authentication.
