We need this filter option so that we can separate tickets that came from the WebApp or from Email.

I just realized that this "Created By" is a Custom Field that our developers added to Jitbit when we first got it configured. So this might be a more broad filter request than I realized.

Actually we need to be able to filter by the system "Via" field.
