Ability to Remove Subtickets from Main Tickets View

I think the ability to remove the subtickets from the main ticket window would be great. The subtickets already fall under the main ticket so the option to remove from the main view with all other primary tickets would reduce the clutter.

What if user looking at the grid only has permission to see the subticket and not the main ticket? What if the current filter applied (like looking at a particular category) also shows subticket but not the main ticket? Etc. Etc. Should we add more logic for those cases, like "if BOTH subticket and parent ticket are shown then do not show subtickets" - something like that? But then what do we do if it's THREE levels deep, like "main-ticket + sub-ticket + sub-sub-ticket"?

Decisions like this involve hidden logic and actually make the app less obvious than more 😢
