Place in queue email tag or some kind of estimated wait time

It would be nice to have substitution-mask that can be added to the confirmation email that displays number of tickets ahead of theirs in the queue, or a substitution-mask that displays an estimated wait time based on said queue and other metrics so the users have an idea of how long it will be until they can expect a ticket response.
