Add the possibility to Append "via Helpdesk" to people's names in outgoing emails

Add the possibility to "Append text to name in outgoing emails". Default text string would be "via Helpdesk", disabled by default for old, and preferably enabled by default for new installations.

This is to fight all the silly popular corporate email clients offering User Name <jitbit email> as a suggestion in the email composition dialog, causing private emails landing in Helpdesk.

There is another reason to do this. Some email providers will also BLOCK email as spoofing that matches the Display Name of a person that is coming from a different domain.

For example - Summary: Firstname Lastname support@domain.com sent 2 messages that may be spoofing users with a similar display name in your domain.
