Stop scrolling to top when editing

The current scrolling behavior causes inconvenience when editing certain items i.e. custom field options. It is important to be able to make multiple edits without being redirected to the top of the page each time a custom field option is updated.

It would be appreciated if the team will look into this issue and explore possible solutions to prevent the page from scrolling to the top after each edit.

It is also the annoying behavior obtained that we save a rule. We find ourselves at the top of the page containing all the rules. Whereas if we consult a rule but do not save it, we find ourselves on the page containing all the rules at the location of this visited rule. This is non-regular and very disturbing behavior. We should go back to where we came from...always.
