Category Sections - Allow multiple levels of Sections instead of just Section > Category

Currently you can only have 2 levels in Category (Section > Category), but it would be great if you can step down multiple times (Section > Section > Category). Our whole organisation uses the Helpdesk so we have a long list of Sections that staff need to scroll through.
