Change Location of Custom Status Action Buttons


Instead of having a custom action button for each custom status, instead place "Status" as an option on the right-hand ticket information sidebar and allow it to be changed via a dropdown to any status. This could act the same as the "Category" feature. By doing so, the UI would feel less bulky by having many buttons at the top of a ticket.
