Custom Field Disabling Feature

To enhance the functionality of our system, I propose the addition of a feature allowing the disabling of custom fields. Upon activation, this feature would effectively hide designated custom fields from general users, technicians, and administrators during ticket submission or actioning. They would only be visible in the administrator console. Importantly, this disabling the field would not affect the integrity of historical data associated.

Furthermore, implementing a visual cue to denote disabled options for custom fields, custom field options, and categories would greatly improve usability. Greyed-out appearances and pushing them to the end of the list for disabled elements would serve as a clear indicator. This simple yet impactful adjustment would streamline user interactions and ensure smoother navigation within the system.
