Feature to have ChatGPT suggest improvements to existing KB articles.

This seems like a natural fit but I don't see that option anywhere.

Potential workaround copy/paste a KB article into a ticket reply, then click GPT > KB Article and it attempts to improve the KB content.

Possible limitation of that workaround is that it seems to make content suggestions only in the context of that specific ticket.
