votestime stamp on audit report needs more detail
The audit log only shows the day of the change; not the time. This should be updated to a more specific time stamp including the date and time of the change.

We are currently considering a new setting that makes the app to always show timestamps. Meanwhile you can hover it with a mouse and the actual date will show up.
