Ideas Forum - make it easier to search for existing ideas posts

It would be nice if we could search the Ideas Forum, more easily, before we create a new idea post.

Right now, the workaround is to goto the bottom of the Ideas Forum page, click "view all" and then back to the top of the page to see the search box. Why can't this search box be visible right from the start?
