Remove "FW:" and "RE:" Prefixes from Incoming Email Tickets

When a ticket is submitted by email, we'd like to have it strip and "FW:" and "RE:" strings from the subject before making it into the ticket title.

Or perhaps an automation for regex search and replace, that could be used to perform the task.

We have added regex search/replace support to the "set ticket subject" in automation rules.
