Category Tech Lead permissions group
It would be nice if you add a extra level of security. instead of Tech and admins. To set a team lead that has higher permission like reassign a ticket and supervise several techs in one given category. He can add new technicians accounts but only to the category to which he is an admin. But does not have Administrator privileges to the rest of the system.
We needs the ability to have 2 additional security levels Only admin can assign New tickets or existing tickets. And add a Category Tech Lead that can see all new tickets pending assignment and assign up to their team and keep an eye on all tickets of the team members. This same Tech Lead can be a member of a different category as a regular user so in creating members of a category we can tell which member are a Tech Lead.
