Add ability to use existing canned responses in automation rules
Please consider adding the ability to leverage existing canned responses in automation rules.
Maybe eventually adding the ability to setup an automation for ChatGPT AI to review a ticket and reply back with a canned response that closely matches.
Our AI already considers Canned Responses when trying to figure out a response. If you use "Add reply" automation rule and enable "generate AI" box, it will use all the tools - search the docs, canned responses, external website (if specified). Can you please enable that and let us know how it works?
