please add to the api to show a ticket based on the phone number of the user or campany
that meens also adding a phonenumber to the company
might be a idea to have a custom field of type phonenumber and then the api will search all phonenumber fields and show the list of tickets
this will help much for tecs answering the phone and quickly finding the tickets
