At present, only administrators have the ability to manage users and companies. However, we frequently create user accounts for new customers, linking them to companies, and assigning the “is manager” role where appropriate.
We’ve identified a need for more granular control over user permissions. Specifically, we would like “technicians” users to have limited administrative capabilities, including the ability to:
• Create, modify, and disable “regular users” (not deletion)
• Set the “is manager” flag
• Create and delete “companies” + see users linked to a company
