Automatic creation of users from Entra

New users are currently manually added. An integration with Entra ID that added Jitbit users when a new user (filter by Employee Type) would speed things up. 

Alternatively add a flow to create new users in Entra using a ticket category that also populates the Jitbit users table.

We just released SCIM support for user provisioning.

Waiting for MS to updated our app listing in the Entra gallery. While we're waiting - you can create a custom enterprise app and use that

Not at the moment.

1. Go to: https://portal.azure.com
2. Go to Microsoft Entra ID
3. In the left-hand menu, choose "Microsoft Entra ID" (or search for it).
4. go to Enterprise applications and click "+ New application".
5. Choose "Create your own application" (near the top).
6. Name your app (e.g., Jitbit Custom SAML).
7. Select: "Integrate any other application you don’t find in the gallery (Non-gallery)".

Click Create, then set up all the SAML/SCIM-provisioning settings like normal

Since I already setup SSO with the existing JitBit application in Entra gallery, I think I'll wait till Microsoft have updated the app in the gallery. I have the following questions:

* What happens to the existing users? If their username in JitBit is the same as the UPN in Entra can I assume that they won't get duplicated?
* Will the existing SSO continue to work when the app is updated in the gallery, or do I need to do something extra to support both SSO and user provisioning?
* What happens when a user is deleted from Entra? Does info about their tickets get retained in JitBit or do we lose all the tickets that user may have opened in the past? There could be useful info in the closed tickets.
