Automatic set department based in rule

We'd like to request an enhancement to the JitBit helpdesk system. It would be very helpful to implement automatic department assignment for users based on the following criteria:

  1. The user's company affiliation
  2. Whether the user is a technician or not
  3. Other user fields already available in JitBit
