Currently the Knowledge Base does not have a breadcrumb top bar.
It would be useful, specially on large sites, to have a breadcrumb that shows, for example when looking for an article, the path KB > Section > Category > Article.
Currently there isn't a view for "KB Section", It can be an opportunity to implement it, as also the section could be clickable.
