I would like to inquire whether it is possible in your application to limit the number of tickets a single user can submit within a given time period.
We have a case of a chronic complainer who deliberately submits an unmanageable number of requests. The goal is not to block the user entirely, but to restrict them to a reasonable number of tickets per day to prevent system overload and maintain efficiency in handling requests.
For example, a maximum of X tickets per 24 hours per user.
If this functionality is not natively available, we would appreciate recommendations for alternative solutions, such as automation rules, API usage, or other methods to control or limit ticket submission.
