KB Article Readability and Layout Enhancement

I’d like to request an enhancement to the KB article layout. Most pages in Jitbit display the main content on a white background over the light gray page background, but KB articles do not.

Adding a white background behind the KB article content would help visually separate it from the Categories navigation on the left and the Found on this Page menu on the right. Although the current design meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements, this change would improve readability and make the KB more consistent with the rest of the Jitbit interface.
