Option to resend previously sent file(s) (attachments) that are saved under the Files within a ticket without browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the computer again. Basically browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the tickets saved Files and not from the computer.
For an example if technician has previously sent a
file(s) (attachments) to a user (client) and the file(s) are saved under the
Files within the ticket and for any reason the technician will have to resend
the same file(s) (attachments) and the files are saved to the ticket under the
Files it would be useful to have an option to resend previously sent file(s)
(attachments) within a ticket without browsing and/or drag and dropping the
file(s) from the computer again.
