Option to resend previously sent file(s) (attachments) that are saved under the Files within a ticket without browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the computer again. Basically browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the tickets saved Files and not from the computer.

For an example if technician has previously sent a file(s) (attachments) to a user (client) and the file(s) are saved under the Files within the ticket and for any reason the technician will have to resend the same file(s) (attachments) and the files are saved to the ticket under the Files it would be useful to have an option to resend previously sent file(s) (attachments) within a ticket without browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the computer again.

We'll just add the attachments to the existing "resend comment" button (currently it resends text only)

Hello Alex

Thank You for Your reply.

That would be great for resending the already sent reply (with attached file(s)) the way it was sent before or with edited reply message. This would be useful upgrade for the Idea https://support.jitbit.com/helpdesk/Ideas/4392

But this won’t resolve the option to send the file(s) (attachments) within a ticket without browsing and/or drag and dropping the file(s) from the computer again.

For an example the files are saved to the ticket through multiple replies and then there is a need to send some of the files again with one reply. In this case the files have to be browsed and/or dragged and dropped from the computer again.

With good wishes
Andreas
