Support @ method from ticket body for adding subscribers to ticket

Rather than having to add a ticket subscriber using the "add" link at the top of the ticket body, it would be great if you could simply within the ticket body @username and it would add them as a subscriber.

In addition to being a quick way to add subscribers, this would also allow you to clearly call out in the message body which tech should be looking at things. I frequently will call out multiple techs, saying something like @techA Please look at the HTML structure. @techB Please look at the CSS selector.

This is also the way the new OWA Office 365 client is working.
