Categories - Specific Users

     I am an update behind, so this may already be a thing, but having the ability to give access to users that are in a specific department rather than individually or as a whole company would be nice.  We are a small county government that is very compartmentalized.  We would like to make Knowledge base categories that would be visible to specific departments only.  Then we can place specific articles that relate to the software they use there.  Our treasurer's department uses much different software than our Planning and Zoning department.

     Also, if possible, being able to make a category managers only would be awesome.  We could put information on how to request a new network user account, update accounts, terminate accounts, or how to request past email for public records requests.
