Use AI to assign a ticket ticket category based on ticket details

Hi,

Unfortunately we have a lot of tickets which have not been assigned to a ticket category so reporting is quite poor. It would be really cool if some how we could utilise AI to look through our ticket (initial submission) to understand what the ticket is about and see if it can link it to a ticket category we have so we can then report better.
