Knowledge Base - Allow linking of KB articles

Add functionality to the Knowledge Base that would allow entries to be linked. We would like to have KB entries that are specific to a customer and KB entries that are specific to a technician on the exact same topic. Yes, a key word search brings both up, but having the ability to see a linked KB entry will make the process more efficient as the makes the tickets more efficient.
