Email template - add phone number
Our technicians would like to have user phone number in the email notification, when new ticket is created. So the idea is to add user phone number to the email template. Helpdesk gets phone number from AD (integrated).
Example (email template):
Department: #Department#
Location: #Location#
Telephone number: #Telephonenumber#
Additional:
It would also be great, if Helpdesk would let us choose from which AD attribute, phone number is taken. As Windows AD has many phone number fields (main, home, mobile, ...).
