Better searching when merging or adding as sub ticket

It would be nice to be able to have a confirmation button when making a ticket a sub-ticket of another ticket, similar to when merging tickets.

Also, it would be nice to have in the box that comes up when merging or making the ticket a sub-ticket to be able to search for the entered ticket number. Or have an actual search box, either for searching the ticket ID or a word in the ticket title.
