Consider this set of search results:There is one article that contains "quote" in the article title, and it's the last article listed.
Here's another example:
If an article title contains the search term/phrase, that article should be one of the first articles listed in the search results.

Ticket and Articles containinng search terms in their subject/title should be ranked higher than those with the term only in their body. Further, tickets and articles with search terms in both the subject and body should rank higher than those with terms solely in the subject/title.
