Set  Custom fields viewable on specifics categories take too much time.

Because, navigate in the list of categories can be too complex. (with a lot of categories & section)

Add a Frame on the right with the full list of Custom Fields sorted by Alphabetic order. 

(exactly as it's the case at this time for the Section & categories edition page)

All Custom Fields activeable / deactiveable via one left click
