Automation rule: create sub ticket AND assign to

Add automation rule for creating a sub ticket and assign the newly created subticket (not the main ticket) to a chosen user.

I would use this for onboarding new staff where we need various departments assigned certain tasks. The problem is that someone can close the parent ticket before the sub tickets are completed.
