votesPrevent Technicians creating new users
Technician users cannot access the Admin area to create new users, but they seem to be able to create new users via the new ticket screen.
Our instance doesn't allow for users to register themselves, ideally we do don't
want technicians creating new users either. An option to disable this
would be great!

I was about to post an idea to allow Technicians to create new users - I would like to see Technicians being able to get to the Admin - Users page so they can use the same workflow as Admins. If the work was to be done to make this an on/off setting, then it would be nice to expose the Users list when it is enabled, so users can be added and edited.
